Die Kunstpädagogik braucht die Kunst,
aber die Kunst braucht keine Kunstpädagogik.
Jeder Mensch hat seine eigene Ästhetik, seine eigenen Wahrnehmungen und Empfindungen. Diese müssen einem nicht durch Erziehung beigebracht werden.
Kinder, SchülerInnen und Studierende brauchen keine wertende Gestaltungspädagogik unter dem Deckmantel der Kunst.
Kunst ist ein Freiraum, ein Schutzraum, ein Möglichkeitsraum.

Das Grundrecht auf Kunstfreiheit im Kunstunterricht und die Verantwortung des Staates bei der Wahrnehmung seines Ausbildungsauftrags in der Kunstausbildung
Ein kooperatives Buchprojekt
Schüler und Studierende haben ein einforderbares Recht, nach rechtsstaatlichen Maßstäben behandelt zu werden. Das heißt, die Kriterien für ihre Beurteilung von staatlicher Seite müssen transparent, nachvollziehbar und willkürfrei angewendet werden. Der Staat hat dementsprechend eine Verantwortung bei der Wahrnehmung seines Ausbildungsauftrags in der Kunstausbildung. Er hat die Aufgabe, Wissenschafts-, Kunst- und Berufszugangsfreiheit in einen Ausgleich zu bringen. Wertungskriterien müssen nachvollziehbar und transparent sein und bei der Bewertung der Schüler und Studierenden willkür- und diskriminierungsfrei angewandt werden. Jeder Schüler und Studierende muss die Chance erhalten, diese erfüllen zu können.

Pupils and students have an enforceable right to be treated in accordance with the principles of the rule of law. It has the task of bringing the freedom of science, the freedom of art, and the freedom of access to a profession into balance. Sehr geehrte Frau Prof. Kirchner,
Sehr geehrte Lehrende am Lehrstuhl für Kunstpädagogik,
vielen Dank für Ihre Antworten.
Wir haben diesen klaren Text gefunden:
Kunstfreiheit ist ein Grundrecht und in Deutschland geschützt durch Art. 5 Abs. 3 Grundgesetz (GG).
Grundinhalt nach deutschem Recht
Geschützt sind die künstlerische Betätigung und die Darbietung und Verbreitung des Kunstwerks; der so genannte Werkbereich und der Wirkbereich. Die Kunstfreiheit enthält das Verbot, auf Methoden, Inhalte und Tendenzen der künstlerischen Tätigkeiten einzuwirken, insbesondere den künstlerischen Gestaltungsraum einzuengen oder allgemein verbindliche Regelungen für diesen Schaffungsprozess vorzuschreiben.
Dabei wird heute von der Rechtsprechung und der Rechtswissenschaft ein „offener“ Kunstbegriff vertreten. Kunst ist also nicht nur in den traditionellen Formen wie Literatur, Malerei, Musik etc. existent, sondern ist gekennzeichnet durch einen subjektiven schöpferischen Prozess, dessen Ergebnis vielfältige Interpretationsmöglichkeiten zulässt. Verständlicher: Kunst ist das, was der Künstler als Kunst bezeichnet, wenn auch andere möglicherweise darüber streiten, ob es Kunst ist. In der Literatur wird allerdings auch der materielle und der formelle Kunstbegriff vertreten……

Freedom of art is a fundamental right and is protected in Germany by Article 5(3) of the Basic Law (Grundgesetz, GG).
Basic content under German law
Protected are artistic activity and the presentation and dissemination of the work of art; the so-called Werkbereich and Wirkbereich. Freedom of art contains the prohibition against influencing the methods, contents, and tendencies of artistic activities, in particular against restricting the artistic creative scope or prescribing generally binding regulations for this creative process.
Today, an „open“ concept of art is represented by case law and legal scholarship. Art therefore exists not only in the traditional forms such as literature, painting, music, etc., but is characterised by a subjective creative process, the result of which permits a variety of possible interpretations. More simply: art is what the artist designates as art, even if others may dispute whether it is art. In the literature, however, the material and the formal concept of art are also represented …

Schminkintervention
Studierende und Dozenten können sich schminken lassen.
Am Dienstag, 18. Juni 2013, können sich Studierende und Dozenten sonnig bunt oder auch als lustige Katzen, Frösche oder Aliens schminken lassen.
Die Schminkintervention mit den KUWIS findet am Dienstag von 15.45 bis 17.15 Uhr vor dem Haupteingang (Hörsaal 1) der Universität Augsburg statt. *Wurde aufgrund der hohen Temperaturen und der starken Sonneneinstrahlung verschoben (36 Grad in der Sonne).
Make-up intervention
Students and lecturers can have themselves made up.
On Tuesday, 18 June 2013, students and lecturers can have themselves made up in bright, sunny colours or as funny cats, frogs, or aliens.
The make-up intervention with the KUWIS will take place on Tuesday from 15:45 to 17:15 in front of the main entrance (Lecture Hall 1) of the University of Augsburg.
*Was postponed due to the high temperatures and strong sunlight (36 degrees in the sun).
